Return and exchange policy
Customers have the right to request a return or exchange for products purchased through our app, subject to the terms outlined below.
All products offered are eligible for return or exchange in accordance with this policy.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Return requests must be submitted within three (3) days, and exchange requests within seven (7) days, from the date of delivery.
To request a return or exchange, customers must contact us through the Contact Us page available within the app or on our website.
If a product is damaged, defective, or different from what was displayed, customers must provide clear photos along with the order number and delivery details for verification.
A full refund will be issued if the product received is materially different from the product description shown in the app.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, where applicable, after review and approval.
We are not responsible for customer expectations regarding product usage that are not clearly stated in the product description.
If the customer requests a return for reasons other than defect or error, a restocking or handling fee of 30% or a minimum of $3.00 USD may be deducted.
